Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when we receive complete guest details and the payment stated in the confirmation. Your booking code is sent by email or Zalo right after confirmation.
Prices and surcharges
Rates are per cabin based on standard occupancy and include meals and programme activities. Extra guests, children by age group and special requests may add a surcharge, quoted before confirmation.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation terms follow the Payment & Cancellation page. Any change must be notified at least 48 hours ahead so we can re-plan cabins and transfers.
Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by weather, natural events or decisions by authorities. In such cases we arrange an equivalent alternative or refund as agreed.
