Payment methods
We accept bank transfer, cash and card. Account details and payment instructions are included in your booking confirmation.
Deposit and payment deadline
A 50% deposit of the total booking value is due on confirmation. The remaining 50% is paid before the departure date stated in your confirmation. The cabin is held until that deadline.
Cancellation fees
The fee is charged on the total booking value and depends on when you cancel relative to departure:

Changing the date or reducing the number of guests is treated as a partial cancellation and uses the same table.
Refunds and invoices
Refunds are transferred within 10–30 business days of our cancellation confirmation, depending on your bank. If you need an invoice, please provide the details at booking.
